The item is no longer relevant after version 1.3 of WP FeedBack PRO plugin (May 2020). We replaced Font-Awesome with custom CSS icons to avoid any conflict from the source.
If you’re still experiencing this issue, please update to the latest version of the plugin.
If your current theme already has “Font Awesome” integration, this could cause a conflict as we use “Font Awesome” for the icons of the plugin 😎.
This can cause icons to look like boxes or not show them at all. To combat this, we’ve included a setting inside the plugin where you can disable the script that is part of WP FeedBack to avoid this conflict.
Below is a screenshot of where this setting is located.
If this does not solve your problem, please email us at [email protected] and provide us with login details so we can investigate the issue further.
